I started my career in multi-channel marketing, running social media strategy and content along with email marketing, print media and more. I helped various non profit agencies find their voice and brand identity. The last few years have been spent helping larger tech companies build out robust hiring processes and attract talent through targeted outreach and content along with tested questions and streamlined approaches giving each candidate a positive experience. (Marketing but in a different capacity).
